INTELLIGENT RICE MILLING MACHINE CONTROLLER SYSTEM:

The actuator is mainly divided into current sensor, temperature sensor, gravity sensor, whiteness sensor, dew point sensor, air pressure sensor, rear bin material level device, air blast device, pneumatic valve, flow valve and pressure door pressure regulating mechanism.

WHITE CHAMBER PRESSURE CONTROL:

 An important factor affecting the efficiency of rice milling and the quality of rice is the white chamber pressure control. Traditional rice milling machine can not automatically control the pressure of the white grinding room, can only judge by people’s subjective experience, and increase or decrease the flow of brown rice into the white grinding room by itself, while the feed mechanism of the intelligent rice milling machine adjusts the density of rice in the white grinding room by adjusting the flow into the white grinding room, and then controls the pressure of rice in the white grinding room, so as to control the broken rice rate. The pressure sensor is arranged in the white chamber of the intelligent rice mill to control the flow difference of the inlet and outlet through feedback adjustment, so as to achieve the intelligent control of the rice pressure in the white chamber.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL:

The grinding chamber of the intelligent rice mill is equipped with a temperature sensor, which is used to monitor the temperature of the grinding chamber and feed the information to the automatic control system. The control system controls the blower to regulate the wind speed. When the spray air flows through the grinding chamber, it can not only reduce the temperature, but also promote the full rolling of rice grains, make the grinding white evenly, promote the bran removal, and help to improve the rice milling effect.
