Development status of intelligent rice mills at home and abroad

 

        1.Photovoltaic power supply intelligent rice machine

    This design provides part of the electrical energy through a photovoltaic power generation device installed on the top of the smart rice mill, reducing the electrical energy consumption provided by the outside during the rice milling process of the smart rice mill.

    The photovoltaic powered intelligent rice machine comprises a casing and a photovoltaic power generation device installed on the casing. A storage barn, a discharge device and a rice milling device are sequentially arranged in the casing from top to bottom. Photovoltaic power generation devices provide electricity for the work of smart rice machines. The photovoltaic power generation device includes a photovoltaic panel, a central controller, a DC-DC converter, an inverter and a power storage element. The photovoltaic panel is installed on the upper part of the casing. There are three photovoltaic panels in total, one of which is installed on the top of the rice mill, and the other two are installed on both sides of the top of the casing and connected to the photovoltaic panels on the top by hinges.

    Adjustment devices are also provided on both sides of the casing to adjust the positions of the photovoltaic panels on both sides, so as to better increase the contact area between the photovoltaic panels and sunlight, thereby increasing power generation.

        2.CFN2525 F1 intelligent rice mill

    The CFN2525F1 intelligent rice mill uses two related technologies: double pressure door closed air and strong air jet to make the air volume passing through the whitening room more than 2.5 times that of a conventional rice mill, and it can maintain the rice temperature within a suitable range. Because the CFN2525F1 intelligent rice mill is designed with inlet, outlet and air suction devices, it can make the process of cooling rice dynamic, reduce the temperature of the finished rice, and the finished rice contains less impurities.

    The CFN2525F1 intelligent rice mill is equipped with a top-mounted intelligent control box, which can implement human-machine dialogue and dynamically display control parameter values in real time (motor current, flow gate opening size, pressure increase size, rice milling temperature rise, etc.). Because it is equipped with a large number of intelligent systems and high-power feeding equipment, manufacturing costs and energy consumption are high, and it is not suitable for use in industrial production.

        3.TopWhiteTM intelligent rice mill

    The TopWhiteTM smart rice mill is a vertical intelligent rice mill produced by Bühler. It is mainly used for milling brown rice and whitening. It can also dehulling wheat, barley and peas. The TopWhiteTM smart rice mill uses vertical abrasive in the whitening room to achieve the highest total grain yield. Brown rice grains enter the whitening chamber through two inlets and are guided into the feed screw. In the grinding chamber, brown rice is ground white by rubbing against each other between 6 grinding rings and particles on the surface of the screen. The rotor on the main shaft of the polishing chamber is dynamically balanced when rotating, so the smooth operation of the polishing chamber can be ensured. The whitening degree of brown rice is controlled by two factors, namely the weight of the baffle and the gap between the rotor and the brake. For rough adjustment of the degree of polishing of brown rice, you only need to turn the handwheel to adjust the gap between the brake and the rotor by adjusting the vertical brake, thereby adjusting the pressure in the polishing chamber. The fine adjustment of the whitening degree of brown rice is to achieve pressure control by changing the counterweight position of the baffle. The gravity flow of the TopWhiteTM smart rice machine ensures a trouble-free restart of the product during an emergency shutdown.
